FAQ

What's a "user"?
Anyone with a login on your account. Each user can have their own watchlists, notes, and saved analyses.
Where does the data come from?
US Census Bureau Building Permits Survey for county-level aggregate counts (every US county), public county ArcGIS and open-data feeds for per-permit detail (strongest in Florida metros like Tampa/Hillsborough, Broward, and Miami-Dade today, expanding to more markets), and public licensee databases for builder identity. All public records.
Why isn't every county fully covered?
Not every county publishes per-permit data publicly — many only feed Census BPS aggregates. We're transparent about it and surface "data depth" indicators in the UI. Where we have full data you get builders and addresses; where we don't, you still get accurate permit-volume counts and the county score.
Can I export my data?
Yes — your subscription includes CSV downloads on every county and every builder, plus PDF exports of full county reports.
Do you sell my data?
No. Your watchlists, notes, and saved analyses are private to your team.
