FAQ
- What's a "user"?
- Anyone with a login on your account. Each user can have their own watchlists, notes, and saved analyses.
- Where does the data come from?
- Census Bureau Building Permits Survey for county-level aggregate counts (all 67 FL counties), public county ArcGIS feeds for per-permit detail (Hillsborough, Tampa, Charlotte, Lee, Manatee, Sarasota, Miami-Dade today, more added quarterly), and the FL DBPR licensee database for builder identity. All public records.
- Why isn't every county fully covered?
- Some Florida counties don't publish per-permit data publicly — they only feed Census BPS aggregates. We're transparent about this and surface "data depth" indicators in the UI. Where we have full data, you get builders + addresses; where we don't, you still get accurate permit-volume counts.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes — Pro and Enterprise plans get CSV downloads on every county and every builder, plus PDF exports of full county reports.
- Do you sell my data?
- No. Your watchlists, notes, and saved analyses are private to your team.
- Do you support trades beyond LBM?
